Our merchandising team helps ensure products are stocked, organized, and properly represented in stores throughout Hawai‘i. We are looking for dependable team members who enjoy working independently, staying active, and taking pride in supporting the customers and stores they serve.

As a Route Merchandiser at HFA, you will run a dedicated Kona-side route, traveling between store locations to stock products, maintain displays, and support customer accounts. If you enjoy being on the road, managing your own day, and working independently, we encourage you to apply.

Schedule

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Early morning start (as early as 4:00 AM)
• 5 days per week
• Weekend availability required

What You’ll Do

• Travel between assigned store locations throughout Kona
• Stock, rotate, and replenish perishable products
• Maintain organized shelves and product displays
• Build relationships with store teams
• Track mileage, inventory, and daily route activity
• Manage route independently while staying on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Must reside on Hawai‘i Island (Kona side preferred)
• Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record
• Smartphone for work-related apps
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
