Qualifications:

• Schedule must be flexible
• Restaurant experience required
• 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
• 4 year college degree preferred

• Base Pay - Based on experience & qualifications ranging from $65,000 to $75,000
• Bonus Opportunity: $7,500 - $10,000 additional per year
• In House Dining Allowance: $5,000 / year
• Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance available
• 401(k) Plan eligibility after 1 year
• PTO: Accrue up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3 and 120 hours after year 4
• 50% Employee Discount (availalbe at other Merriman’s Restaurants and Monkeypod)
