Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and prospective homeowners, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance - Coordinate and schedule homeowner education classes, workshops, and one-on-one counseling sessions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of homeowner interactions, applications, and program participation - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery - Assist in the development and implementation of homeowner outreach strategies - Process homeowner applications and verify documentation for program eligibility - Generate reports and analyze data to track program success and identify areas for improvement - Organize and participate in community events to promote homeownership programs
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience in customer service or related field - Knowledge of homeownership programs and housing industry a plus - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
