Why This Role Matters
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and fostering a strong understanding and alignment with the organization’s culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Align HR strategies with business goals to support organizational success.
- Act as a consultant to management on human resources-related matters.
- Assist in setting objectives and improving performance outcomes.
Change Management
- Lead HR aspects of organizational change efforts and provide support during transitions.
- Help teams adapt to new processes and systems.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.
- Address workplace issues, mediate disputes, and promote a positive work environment.
Talent Management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate on workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Performance Management
- Guide performance review processes and provide coaching to employees and managers.
Policy and Compliance
- Ensure policies are applied consistently and in compliance with labor laws.
- Update and communicate HR policies as needed.
Training and Development
- Identify employee development needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support leadership development and career growth initiatives.
Cultural Advocacy
- Promote and uphold the organization’s culture and values.
- Foster employee engagement and alignment with company vision.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
