Job Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and staff spaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect as required throughout the facility.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas.
Replace linens, towels, and bedding as needed.
Assist with laundry services including washing, folding, and organizing.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request restocks when necessary.
Provide support for special projects or events as requested.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or custodial experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, caring attitude.
Ability to follow safety and infection control protocols.
Must be able to lift and move light to moderate weights.
