PARTS ASSISTANT MANAGER:Position Overview: Cutter Chevrolet is looking for an Assistant Parts Manager to grow its parts department. Job Responsibilities:
Assist Parts Manager with establishing goals and objectives for the parts department
Assist Parts Manager with hiring, training and managing the parts department staff
Work with Service Manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for internal, warranty, and customer pay
Counter sales coverage and training
Assist our technicians, wholesale and retail customers
Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence
Job Requirements:
GM parts experience is preferred, but not required
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Communication and management skills
