Sales Associate

We’re looking for a welcoming, customer-first Sales Associate to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or just love working with people, we’ll provide training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers with a positive attitude

• Learn and share knowledge about bikes and accessories

• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries

• Process sales transactions accurately

• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Retail or sales experience a plus, but not required

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Passion for cycling or willingness to learn
