Bicycle and E-Bike Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Bicycle & E-Bike Repair Technician who’s passionate about getting people back on the road. From classic rides to high-tech e-bikes, you’ll play a key role in keeping customers rolling.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on bikes and e-bikes

• Assemble new bikes and prep them for the sales floor

• Explain repair needs and solutions to customers in a clear way

• Keep your workspace organized and tools maintained

• Stay up to date on new products, technology, and repair techniques

• Collaborate with the service team to manage workload efficiently

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical knowledge of bicycles and e-bikes

• Prior bike shop or repair experience preferred

• Certifications (Bosch, Shimano, etc.) are a plus, but not required

• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly

• Great communication and customer service skills
