- Show off your tech-savvy side with veterinary software, Windows, and Google Workspace.
- Manage the clinic's email like a boss, handling inquiries, lab results, and more.
- Be the mail maestro, managing outgoing communications and maintaining client records.
- Handle cash, checks, and credit cards with precision and end the day with a balanced drawer.
- Welcome customers with a smile and guide them to the right service.
- Resolve customer complaints with grace and keep records in our EMR.
- Fax, scan, copy, and print like it's second nature.
- Receive deliveries, manage special orders, and keep the shelves stocked.
- Keep our reception area clean and organized, like a tidy oasis in a bustling pet world.

Requirements:
- Sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Follow established procedures and work independently when needed.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and colleagues.
- Thrive in an indoor, air-conditioned environment.

Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong language skills for reading, writing, and presenting information.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements.
- Problem-solving abilities to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
- Comfort with computers, especially Windows-based software.
