Job Summary:

The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a wide range of HR-related duties.  This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and compliance

What You’ll Do
  • Recruitment & Hiring – Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and lead onboarding for new hires

  • Employee Relations – Support a healthy, inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication

  • Benefits Administration – Coordinate benefits programs, manage leave policies, and ensure compliance with employment laws

  • Employee Engagement – Plan and execute initiatives to boost morale, increase retention, and improve the employee experience

  • HR Administration – Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll and HR systems

  • Training & Development – Organize learning opportunities to support employee growth and career advancement

  • Onboarding – Ensure new hires feel welcomed, supported, and aligned with company culture and expectations

What You Bring

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in HR preferred (generalist or related role)
