Recruitment & Hiring – Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and lead onboarding for new hires
Employee Relations – Support a healthy, inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication
Benefits Administration – Coordinate benefits programs, manage leave policies, and ensure compliance with employment laws
Employee Engagement – Plan and execute initiatives to boost morale, increase retention, and improve the employee experience
HR Administration – Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll and HR systems
Training & Development – Organize learning opportunities to support employee growth and career advancement

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR preferred (generalist or related role)
