Responsibilities - Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. - Provide guests with menus and inform them of our specialties and features. - Manage the seating chart to ensure smooth guest flow. - Handle dining reservations and maintain waitlists. - Coordinate with kitchen staff, management, and serving staff to ensure dining details are handled properly. - Address customer concerns and ensure overall guest satisfaction. - Direct guests to coatrooms and waiting areas as needed. - Assign tables to patrons based on their needs and server rotation. - Engage with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service. - Operate cash registers and manage payments for food and beverages. - Prepare cash receipts and make bank deposits after closing. - Assist in supervising dining room staff to ensure prompt and courteous service. - Prepare staff work schedules.
