Maui Paradise Properties (MPP), a premier vacation rental office looking for a full-time dynamic Vacation Rental Unit Inspector to join our team! The ideal candidate is professional with reliable transportation and a current Maui resident. The position is an important role as part of our Service Team! The candidate will audit units prior to guest/owner arrival. Must have an eye for detail, to make sure units are five star ready for check-in! This person will be a liaison between housekeeping, Owner Team and the Asset Managers. This is a fast past environment! Primary Responsibilities • Proven working experience in customer service and/or vacation rental market • Ability to evaluate property condition for guest arrivals from cleanliness, condition and future needs to stay competitive • Log accurate records and document service actions and needs • Important abilities include attention to detail, reliability to follow through with a schedule, time management, and being able to work independently and as part of a team. • Provide guest support for delivery of items to rentals • Escort vendors and repair personnel to sites when needed. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Professional face to face manners. • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks confidently. • Ability to work well within a team but to act on own initiative. • Must be familiar with technology/cell phones to be able to access a variety of software platforms. • Must have reliable transportation, cell phone, and basic tool knowledge. MUST: • Live on Maui with reliable transportation and valid diver license! Education: • High school diploma/GED required • Housekeeping experience helpful • Hospitality/Customer Service helpful
