Job Title: Service Team Specialist
This is a hands-on and fast-paced position. The employee will be expected to execute the duties below, as well as
work well in a team environment. This position requires someone who is highly organized, driven and has the
initiative to meet deadlines.
Job Description:
• Perform pre-checks of our short-term rentals.
• Proficiency with online apps or the ability to learn multiple apps.
• Be detail-oriented in all aspects of tasks assigned.
• Consistency and accuracy in logging accurate records and documenting service actions, needs and
discussions.
• Complete understanding of MPP standards for housekeeping to effectually evaluate each unit.
• Assist the Service team with packing and storing owner items.
• Assist the Service team with inspections, coordinating repairs, and stocking inventory as needed.
• Perform monthly audits of the service team storage unit.
• Ability to purchase replacements as necessary using service guidelines.
• Be a problem solver.
• Ability to use the Breezeway app, take multiple photos and document the current state of the unit and any
maintenance items.
• Communicate with the service team to ensure maintenance tasks are up to date and to handle any guest
questions/problems.
• Organize and prioritize all units to be inspected.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the given timelines.
• Neat and professional appearance at all times
Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer knowledge and skills with the ability to learn new programs.
• Must be familiar with technology/cell phones to be able to access a variety of software platforms.
