Product Development Coordinator

The Product Development Coordinator supports the design, sourcing, and production of mission-aligned merchandise for YWCA, and supports ShopYWCA.com, Dress for Success Benefit Sales, pop-ups, and retail events. This role assists with researching trends, coordinating samples, tracking development timelines, and ensuring new products align with YWCA’s brand and social enterprise goals. The Product Development Coordinator helps bring new collections to market, connecting meaningful products with customers who support women’s empowerment.
