Workforce Development Manager

The Workforce Development Manager leads the implementation and expansion of YWCA O‘ahu workforce development programs for justice-involved women. This role oversees in-prison training and delivers Hawaii Guest Services (HGS) cohort training. The Manager integrates these training efforts with YWCA’s retail and e-commerce programs, empowering participants with marketable skills and preparing them for sustainable employment and economic independence.
