Become a HFA Ambassador and deliver the merchandising needs of our grocery customers through stocking the shelves and maintaining the displays. We are looking for a team lead to assist managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. You should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Service stores on Oahu including stocking and rotating product
• Maintain relationships with the store associates and managers
• Train and coach Merchandiser Team on safety requirements, proper processes, and customer needs
• Evaluate and provide feedback to Merchandisers to ensure accuracy and consistency of service
• Review and correct product rotation issues
• Evaluate market trends and communicate observations with Manager
• Assist in the assembling and disassembling of promotional materials
• Maintain excellent communication skills & a positive personality

WHAT WE’LL LOVE ABOUT YOU

• Proven merchandising experience
• Available for Full Time Schedule (8hours/day, 5days/week)
• Access to dependable vehicle for work use
• Proof of valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Customer service experience preferred
• Currently reside on Oahu
