We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Director to join our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the contractual, programmatic, and clinical elements of our housing programs. Working closely with the Executive Director, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful operation and delivery of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the contractual, programmatic, and clinical aspects of housing programs - Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment - Develop and implement quality assurance guidelines to maintain high standards of service delivery - Ensure adherence to ethical standards across all program operations - Collaborate with the Executive Director to establish and achieve strategic goals - Monitor program performance and outcomes, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement - Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize program efficiency - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and funding agencies - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in clinical operations and housing programs
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical operations, preferably in housing or social services - Proven track record of successful program management and staff supervision - Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and ethical standards in clinical settings - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions - Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation - Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in housing and clinical services
