We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager - I to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Quality Assurance (DQA) to support our case management operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. Responsibilities:
- Assist GHP case managers in creating and maintaining electronic participant records - Upload applications and program documentation to appropriate systems - Process rental assistance requests in a timely and accurate manner - Conduct client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on our services - Manage and organize document filing systems for easy retrieval and reference - Provide administrative support, including answering phones and responding to inquiries - Enter data for grant monitoring and billing purposes - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Experience with electronic record-keeping systems preferred - Knowledge of social services or case management practices a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Commitment to providing high-quality service to participants
