Responsibilities:
- Whip up mouth-watering dishes that'll make our customers' taste buds dance - Keep your station spotless and organized like a boss - Work your magic on various cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens - you name it!) - Follow recipes like they're sacred texts, but don't be afraid to add your own flair - Collaborate with the kitchen team to create a smooth, well-oiled machine - Handle food safely and keep up with health and sanitation standards - Prep ingredients like a pro, making sure we're always ready for the dinner rush - Adapt to the fast-paced environment and roll with the punches
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role - Ability to multitask and juggle multiple orders without breaking a sweat - Sharp knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques - Team player attitude with a dash of humor to keep things fun in the kitchen - Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds - Food Handler's certification is a plus, but we can help you get it if needed
