Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm smile and make them feel welcome - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Serve meals and beverages with a dash of flair - Keep tables clean and tidy throughout service - Answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery - Maintain a positive attitude even during busy rushes
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required - Excellent communication skills and a knack for customer service - Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure - Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods - Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions - Team player mentality and willingness to pitch in where needed - Food handler's certification (or ability to obtain one) Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays Hours from 10:30 am - 5 pm Lunch Dinner from 4 pm - 10 pm, Sun - Thurs. 4 pm - 10:30 pm Fri. - Sat.
