We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to oversee our Redistribution sales and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with purchases, questions, and measurements of materials
- Operate the Lightspeed POS system to process sales transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Merchandise, organize, and restock inventory
- Accept and process donations building materials
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (if certified)
- Collaborate with other staff members to manage materials effectively
- Promote Re-use Hawaii promotional sales
- Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and accessibility of items
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to learn and operate a pallet jack and forklift
- Attention to detail and strong safety awareness
- Flexibility to switch tasks quickly and efficiently
- Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to new processes
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, and honest work ethic
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Apple computers
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of building material types and uses (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including one weekend day
- Three professional references
