We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our compassionate healthcare team for our day shift (6:00am - 6:00pm or 6 pm - 6am). This role provides vital support to our residents and staff, ensuring high-quality care and a positive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments
Assist the primary day shift nurse in monitoring resident conditions and responding to emergencies
Work alongside CNAs and other staff to ensure proper care and support for residents
Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident health needs
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Support resident activities and contribute to a positive living environment
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Hawaii
Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or geriatric nursing preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide compassionate care
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
