At Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA), we support the movement of products and services that help feed and supply communities across the islands. As Hawai‘i’s largest local supplier of perishable foods and logistics services, our operations rely on strong coordination, communication, and teamwork every day.

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Drayage Specialist to support daily transportation and container operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, coordinating moving parts, and working with multiple teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily container movement, deliveries, and transportation schedules
• Maintain shipment records, billing, scanning, and drayage documentation
• Communicate with customers, carriers, warehouse teams, and drivers regarding shipment and container updates
• Help identify and resolve transportation and logistics issues
• Support accurate and timely movement of containers between ports, warehouses, and customer locations
• Work closely with internal departments, including logistics, warehouse, and administrative teams
• Assist with other operational and administrative duties as needed

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, shipping, warehouse coordination, or drayage operations preferred
• Familiarity with local transportation routes, container operations, or port logistics is a plus
