The Program Manager participates and oversees in all aspects of the Deconstruction Program. The role’s function is to coordinate and administer the program as a whole including planning, organizing, staffing, and quality control. The Program Manager provides leadership and supervision for the teams in order to achieve and promote a safe, healthy, productive, cohesive, and positive workplace.
Resources provided to the Deconstruction Program Manager:
OSHA 30 safety class, Fall Protection training, CPR/ First Aid training, Hazardous Material Awareness and other training.

Dedicated desk at warehouse office, including computer and laptop.
$50,000 annual base salary, with the opportunity for increased earnings during prevailing-wage project periods. For approximately four months within the next year, compensation may increase to approximately $12,000/month while assigned to qualifying projects.
Performance bonus - 10% of monthly salary if goals are met.
