The Youth Care Counselor/Residential Advisor maintains a safe, nurturing environment for youth and young adults living within the RYSE access center. The Residential Advisor provides supervision during day-to-day activities to assure that each youth is safe and that their needs are met. Residential Advisors should act as role models for youth and encourage positive behavior and development.
