The Youth Care Counselor/Residential Advisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for youth and young adults residing at the RYSE Access Center. This role involves providing supervision during daily activities to ensure each individual’s safety and well-being. Residential Advisors serve as positive role models, fostering healthy behavior and supporting the personal growth and development of the youth in their care.
