Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets warmly as they arrive at the clinic.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, treatments, and pet care.
Maintain accurate patient records and update client information as needed.
Process payments and manage medical collection tasks.
Provide information to clients about animal anatomy, husbandry, and general pet care.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and doctors to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred.
Knowledge of veterinary critical care practices is a plus.
Familiarity with animal handling techniques, including dog handling and restraint.
Understanding of animal anatomy and husbandry principles.
Experience with kennel operations or animal catheterization is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with pet owners and team members.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
