At Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA), we help support grocery stores, retailers, restaurants, and communities across the islands every day. As Hawai‘i’s largest local supplier of perishable foods and logistics services, our operations rely on strong teamwork, organization, and dependable people behind the scenes.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Office Clerk to support daily warehouse and office operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build administrative experience while working with a company that values growth, teamwork, and long-term career development.

What You’ll Do

  • Process invoices, credits, and billing information accurately
  • Enter and maintain data within internal systems
  • Assist with billing functions and account reporting
  • Review and resolve driver discrepancies, including invoices, credits, and returns
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with safety training recordkeeping and administrative documentation
  • Support warehouse and office operations as needed
  • Occasionally assist with lifting, packing, sorting, and loading/unloading products

What We’re Looking For

  • Must currently reside on O‘ahu, Hawai‘i
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/distribution environment
  • Food distribution or warehouse experience is a plus
