Job Overview
Hawai‘i’s Finest is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team for the busy holiday season. Sales Associates work closely with customers to identify their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the best solutions. You will also be expected to resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service: Greet customers, make them feel welcome, and answer their questions.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of products and services while providing tailored recommendations.
Sales: Introduce promotions and new products, and help the team reach sales goals.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
Inventory: Monitor stock levels and restock merchandise as needed.
Merchandising: Maintain organized, visually appealing displays on the sales floor.
Returns & Exchanges: Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds while ensuring accuracy.
Sales Trends: Stay informed on current sales trends to improve service and performance.
Qualifications
Preferred: At least 1 year of retail or related customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
Important Note:
This is a seasonal / on-call / part-time position only, running from July - Aug. 2026.
