About The Role

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone looking to build experience within logistics, operations, and supply chain coordination while taking on meaningful responsibility early and growing alongside a fast-moving department.

As a Logistics Solutionist, you will play an important role in supporting daily logistics operations by working closely with customers, coworkers, and freight partners while helping define what support looks like across our day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who can solve challenges as they arise, support smooth operational flow, and contribute to the continued growth of both our department and the partnerships we support throughout Hawai‘i.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, customers, drivers, and freight partners
• Build strong working relationships that support smooth communication and operational execution

• Process billing based on shipment details and services provided
• Ensure billing accuracy and maintain supporting documentation

• Troubleshoot shipping delays, lost or damaged shipments, and customer concerns
• Coordinate resolutions with internal and external partners
• Communicate proactively to resolve issues and minimize operational disruption

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or warehouse operations (not required)
• Reliable and dependable, able to stay flexible and take ownership even when priorities shift throughout the day
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly across teams, customers, and partners
• Kind, personable, and able to help maintain the positive and collaborative environment we value as a team
• Naturally inquisitive, comfortable asking questions, learning from different perspectives, and helping contribute to the continued growth of the department
• Excited by growth and comfortable stepping into new challenges, learning new processes, and growing alongside a department that continues to evolve
• Able to think through challenges, adapt quickly, and communicate clearly while helping support customers, coworkers, and daily operational needs
• Experience with operational systems, tracking tools, or Excel preferred

Compensation

Starting Pay: $50,000 annually Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications
