Warehouse Worker - Full Time

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing merchandise to Tanoa Hawaii retail stores. This position helps maintain accurate inventory, prepare store orders, and ensure warehouse operations run efficiently and safely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Organize, store, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for store orders and bulk shipments.
• Prepare and organize merchandise transfers to retail stores.
• Conduct inventory counts and report missing, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
• Use hand trucks and carts to move merchandise safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving merchandise.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise as required by the position.
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment.

Work Environment:

Work takes place primarily in a warehouse supporting Tanoa Hawaii's retail stores. Employees are expected to follow safety procedures, handle merchandise properly, and maintain an organized workspace.
