Parts Counter person

NO EXPERENCE NECESSARY - WILLING TO TRAIN! 

Position Overview:

Our Parts Associates interact with customers - online, over the phone and in person - to assist with parts by General motors..

Job Responsibilities:

• Present your products for the customer’s specific vehicle.
• Facilitate the order and the delivery of orders
• Achieve sales goals set by management team
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers
• Attend product and training courses
• Prepare parts for customer pickup

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• Excellent communication skills
• The willingness to follow up with customers
• Prior automobile knowledge preferred
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 -  $28.00 / hour + potential commission

Expected hours: 40 per week
