Sales - Call Center Representative

Cutter Chevrolet seeks YOUR talent to join our sales team!  Position Overview: As a sales call center representative, you will be the first point of contact assisting customers with their vehicle research. You will be in communication with all customers who submit leads or call in. You also will be the follow up person and all visits made in the showroom and assist with receptionist duties when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving leads
  • Follow up on showroom visits
  • Follow up on sold units
  • Follow up on customer interests in a vehicle
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Picture taking
  • Assist Internet manager

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to follow proper procedure from customer service manager

Salary: $14.00 + incentives

Hours: Full time 40 hours; able to work 12 hour shifts
