Seeking a full time Virtual Care Assistant.
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides support on Virtual Care for care teams utilizing various software platforms to enhance communication across care teams and improve patient access to excellence in care in a culturally-appropriate manner.
- Provide staff training in virtual care applications
- Assist with Health Information Technology and for clients and care teams
High school graduate, required.
Advanced training in health, human services, informatics or related degree, or 3-year working experience in a related field, required.
2-year experience in community health setting, preferred.
