Looking for a Director for the MCH program

 

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating the services provided by the Maternal Child Health (MCH) department, which focus on incorporating the unique cultural resiliencies, values, and practices of Native Hawaiian & Pacific Islander (NHPI) communities. Supervise and provide development and administrative support for 20 multilingual multicultural staff in the Perinatal, Family Planning, WIC, and Parenting programs. Manages state, federal and foundation grants and budgets and seeks additional funding sources. Coordinates MCH services with other KKV programs and community agencies. Responsible for improving the continuum of services for pregnant women, parents, families, and young children, and for building a family-friendly clinic and medical home, including navigational support for social determinants of health (SDOH) needs. Experience with project planning, grants and personnel management, and evaluation to assure service quality and community accountability required.
