Job description: A member of our sales team to assist customers with purchasing in-store merchandise and creating customizable gear utilizing equipment such as DTG printer, ricoma embroidery machine, heat press, and mamaki printing machine. Associate will be responsible for utilizing appropriate machine to replenish store inventory as well as fulfill custom orders working along side our in-house graphic designers. Training will take place upon hire. Previous experience preferred.
Responsibilities: Customer service skills: assisting in-store customers in a friendly and informative matter. Contact customers when their orders are ready for pick up. Cash handling: utilize register to ring up on transactions DTG printing: utilize DTG printer to print designs (provided by graphic designer) on t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, etc. Daily cleaning on the printer and proper maintenance of the machine. Embroidery: utilize embroidery machine to embroider hats, t-shirts, hoodies, etc. Proper maintenance of the machine–changing needles, threads, etc. Mamaki printer: use the printer to print signs, banners, stickes, etc. Proper maintenance of the machine–changing ink, changing media to be printed on, cleaning, etc.
