Accelerator & Program's Intern

Duration: Internships run through spring, summer, and fall semesters.

Compensation: Unpaid Internship

Type: Hybrid (remote & in-person) about 15-20 hrs per week

We are looking for an Accelerator and Program’s Intern to work closely with Mana Up’s Program Manager. You will be responsible for providing support and coordinating plans during the recruitment of Cohort 9. You’ll work closely with the entrepreneurs and companies who are applying to be part of the program. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that feature the alumni. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide specialized administrative support in the development, implementation, and marketing of accelerator program and project functions
  • Design and administer surveys and other assessment tools to capture and analyze data for program planning, decision-making, and reporting
  • Assist Program Manager with planning / coordinating various details of our cohort 9 selection process.
  • Serve as a point of contact between staff/ cohort members and/or external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative matters; assists with seminars, meetings, special projects, and/or general problem resolution.
  • Maintain program/project records, researches information and gathers and computes various data; prepares special and/or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant data from a variety of sources.
  • May assist with grant and/or proposal writing as appropriate to the objectives and funding nature of the program; may participate in other fundraising activities.
  • Research reports on global industry trends and Native Hawaiian research to assist cohort companies.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
