JOB SUMMARY The Utility Worker is responsible for supporting the property and team by performing various essential duties.
Essential Duties
Pick up and deliver parts from stores and vendors to our various properties.
Ensure appropriate delivery documentation is generated and issued for each delivery and provided appropriately.
Safely load and secure merchandise in the delivery vehicle.
Properly maintain the vehicle(s) and take necessary steps to report vehicle maintenance issues.
Assisting the Engineering team with maintaining the property with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.
Communicate with supervisors and management to coordinate and facilitate daily duties.
Able to accomplish light maintenance items as needed in conjunction with Maintenance staff.
Utilize Preventive Maintenance Programs such as the Synergy or Transcendent programs.
Secondary Duties
Perform other duties as requested by management/supervisors.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field required. - At least one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred. - Trade school and/or College coursework in related fields helpful.
Hospitality or customer services experience helpful.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Clean driving abstract.
