Sales Associates are positive, energetic and are committed to providing the very best experience for customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, maintaining a clean environment, and selling products at our retail location at the Royal Hawaiian Center.

  • Greet customers, respond to questions, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Acquire and share product knowledge with customers.
  • Operate cash registers/Shopify POS system, and balance drawers.
  • Achieve established sales goals.
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
  • Introduce promotions, opportunities, and special product information to customers.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Company.
  • Is punctual and adheres to designated work schedules.
  • Is flexible and works well with peers and management to accomplish duties.
  • Satisfactorily completes all duties as assigned by management.
  • Performs housekeeping duties as required.
  • Represents a positive attitude toward the merchandise and company.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.



Retail sales experience preferred
