Assistant General Manager - Planted Kakaako

We are currently Looking for Store Management candidates for Leadership Roles in our Company. We are willing to train individuals with minimal leadership experience.

We are expanding with a New and Exciting Plant Based Concept! We are Hiring for management positions for our new Planted location in Kakaako. 

The position’s primary responsibility is to manage or assist in the continuous successful operation of our Cafes, including selecting, development, and performance management of employees. Furthermore, overseeing the inventory and ordering of all food and supplies, optimize efficiency, reduce waste and ensure that guest are satisfied with their experience.

Responsibilities Include:

Financial:
Inventory Control and Accounts payable

Food safety:
Enforce sanitary practices, policies and procedures for food handling, while also maintaining general cleanliness.

Customer Service: Deep Belief in a Commitment to Hospitality.

Operational: Knowledge and ability to run all stations of the restaurant (FOH & BOH).

Personnel: Hiring, Onboarding and Coaching.

Collaboration: Working together with the general manager & management team
