Position Overview: Our Sales Associates interact with customers - online, over the phone and in person - to assist with a new or used vehicle purchase. After the sale of a vehicle, our sales team follows up with our customers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive loyalty by transitioning the customer to the Service department. Job Responsibilities:
Present vehicles and purchase options to customers
Facilitate customer test drives
Achieve sales goals set by management team
Achieve high Customer Service Index (CSI) scores as set by the manufacturer
Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers
Attend product and training courses
Prepare vehicles for customer pickup
Ensure customers understand the vehicle's operating features and warranty
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
Excellent communication skills
The willingness to follow up with customers
Prior sales experience a plus
Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record
