About the Role

The Air Freight Driver is responsible for transporting air freight cargo between airport cargo facilities and HFA warehouse operations while helping ensure timely and accurate handling of perishable products.

This role also supports warehouse operations including loading, unloading, product verification, and shipment accuracy within refrigerated warehouse environments.

CDL A preferred, but CDL B drivers are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Drive company trucks between airport cargo facilities and HFA warehouse locations
• Pick up and deliver air freight shipments safely and efficiently
• Assist with loading and unloading products within refrigerated warehouse environments
• Verify product counts, invoices, credits, and shipment accuracy
• Safely operate 26-foot straight trucks, flatbeds, pallet jacks, dollies, lift gates, and other material handling equipment
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
• Follow DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety procedures
• Participate in food safety, employee safety, and operational training programs
• Maintain professional communication with management, customers, and port representatives

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A or B CDL License
• Current PUC Medical Certificate
• Clean and verifiable driving record
• Ability to obtain a TWIC credential
• Flexible schedule, including weekends required
• Knowledge of local and heavy-weight O‘ahu routes preferred
• Experience driving 26-foot straight trucks preferred
• Comfortable working in active warehouse and delivery environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Willingness to assist warehouse operations as needed
