Registered Nurse - Evening Shift

Job Description: As an RN at Oahu Care Facility, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitoring and assessing residents' health status.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Hawaii.
• CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassion and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility is a plus.
