Hawaii's Finest Project Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Project Director to join our team. This role will play a vital part in supporting and executing a wide variety of projects across different areas of the company. The Project Director will work closely with various departments to manage and assist with production of events, retail operations, expos, pop-ups, merchandise development, advertising campaigns, marketing strategies, social media content, and design work.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Oversee and assist with the planning and execution of company projects across multiple departments.

    •    Support production timelines and help coordinate merchandise planning and fulfillment.

    •    Assist with organizing and managing retail operations, expos, and pop-up events.

    •    Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and visual assets.

    •    Coordinate advertising and marketing efforts to promote brand awareness and engagement.

    •    Help manage content and scheduling across social media platforms.

    •    Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deadlines and goals are met.

    •    Maintain clear communication and organization across all projects and tasks.

Qualifications:

    •    Proven experience in project management or in a similar role involving multi-functional coordination.

    •    Strong organizational and time-management skills; must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    •    Creative thinker with the ability to contribute to design and branding ideas.

    •    Experience or interest in retail, merchandising, or event planning is a plus.

    •    Proficiency in marketing tools, project management platforms, and social media is preferred.

    •    Detail-oriented, flexible, and a self-starter who is willing to jump in where needed.

    •    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
