Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate On-Call Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during the night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized nursing care to residents based on individual care plans
Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently
Provide support and comfort to residents and their families
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Hawaii
Previous experience in a long-term care or similar setting preferred
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
