Domestic Violence Action Center (DVAC) is seeking a compassionate, committed Advocate to support individuals impacted by intimate partner violence on their journey to safety, empowerment, and long-term healing.
Provide long-term culturally-informed advocacy for up to 30 clients
Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for healing
Offer crisis support, safety planning, and court/community accompaniments
Conduct regular education and outreach activities on Oʻahu, with a focus on the LGBTQ+ community and IPV awareness
Support clients in building knowledge, skills, and tools for long-term stability and self-empowerment
