Postition: Production Sales Associate

Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (weekends and holidays required)

Job Description:
As a member of our sales team, you’ll assist customers with in-store purchases and custom orders, while operating specialized printing and embroidery equipment including DTG printers, Ricoma embroidery machines, heat presses, and Mamaki large-format printers. You'll work closely with our in-house graphic designers to fulfill custom requests and replenish store inventory. Training is provided upon hire; previous experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
    •    Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude
    •    Provide information about merchandise and custom gear options
    •    Contact customers when orders are ready for pick-up
    •    Stay informed on current promotions and product knowledge
    •    Work collaboratively to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
Store Operations
    •    Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
    •    Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
    •    Monitor and restock inventory
Production Duties
    •    DTG Printing: Print designs on t-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags; perform daily cleaning and maintenance
    •    Embroidery: Embroider apparel and accessories; change needles, threads, and maintain machine function
    •    Mamaki Printing: Print banners, stickers, and signage; manage ink/media changes and machine upkeep

Requirements:
    •    Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred
    •    Strong communication and customer service skills
    •    Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
    •    Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
    •    Interest in design, production, or customization is a plus
    •    Passion for the Hawaii’s Finest brand and local lifestyle
