Position: Bartender Status: Part-Time (20-29 hours per week) Department: Food & Beverage Reports to: Director of Food & Beverage/Food & Beverage Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Mixes, prepares and serves a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Provides excellent service by engaging with members/guests and ensuring their needs are met.
Maintains a clean and organized bar area; and adheres to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a front bar bartender/server.
Must have basic knowledge of all forms of alcohol, wine and beverages.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and lift a full beer keg for rotation.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Starting Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience. Waialae Country Club has a no-tipping policy; however, this position is eligible to earn a service charge.
