Server Assistant

Waialae Country Club is a private membership club, which provides its members with a championship golf course, dining services, health/recreational facilities and hosts the PGA Tour's Sony Open in Hawaii. Position: Server Assistant
Status: Part-Time (20-29 hours per week)
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Provides support to servers by bussing tables, setting tables, serving/refilling beverages, polishing silverware, wiping glasses and folding napkins. 
• Assists with food running and food expediting.
• Assists with setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, and other equipment as needed.
• This position provides an opportunity for growth for promotion into our Server position. 

Requirements: 

• Prior customer service experience preferred. 
• Abiltiy to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Pay Range: $19.00-$20.00/hour. Waialae Country Club has a no-tipping policy; however, this position is eligible to earn a service charge.
